Returns Policy

At tüsea, we design pieces to be lived in, loved hard, and chosen intentionally. 

You may lodge one return request per order within 7 days of delivery.

We offer two options:
1. Store Credit
2. Exchange (for an item of equal or lesser value)

RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• All tags and hygiene liners must remain attached

• Garments must be returned in the original tüsea garment bag

• Swimwear must be tried on over undergarments only

• Items must be free from stains, marks, makeup, perfume, deodorant, or odours

Returns that do not meet these conditions will be sent back to you at your expense.

Accessories are final sale and not eligible for return.

SALE ITEMS

Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

ONE RETURN PER ORDER

Only one change-of-mind return may be lodged per order. If returning multiple items from the same order, they must be sent back together in a single parcel.

This applies to change-of-mind returns only. Faulty items may be returned separately regardless of previous returns from the same order.

NO REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Refunds will only be provided if an item arrives faulty or damaged and cannot be replaced.

STORE CREDIT

Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used on future purchases.

EXCHANGES

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time your return is received.

• If the exchanged item is of lesser value, the price difference will not be refunded. In this case, we recommend selecting store credit instead.

• Your exchange item will be shipped to you once your return has been approved and processed.

AFTER YOU SUBMIT A RETURN

Once your return request is authorised, you will receive an email within 1–3 business days containing:

• Our return address

• A Returns Form (to include inside your parcel)

We recommend using a registered postal service and retaining tracking details. tüsea is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

If your item is confirmed faulty, you will be issued a pre-paid return label.

RETURN SHIPPING

• Return shipping costs for store credit or exchange are the responsibility of the customer.

• If you choose an exchange, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.

• Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

• Any duties or charges on returned items remain the customer's responsibility.

At the time of lodging your return, you may:

• Purchase a subsidised pre-paid return label through our portal, or

• Arrange shipping independently via your local postal service.

The 7-day period applies to when the return request is submitted — not when it is received.

PROCESSING TIMES

Please allow 3–5 business days for returns to be processed once received at our warehouse.

You will receive:

• An email confirmation once your store credit is issued, or

• Shipping confirmation with tracking details if an exchange has been dispatched.

FAULTY ITEMS

Faulty items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

• Your order number

• Clear images of the fault

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Items damaged due to wear and tear, improper care, misuse, or failure to follow garment instructions will not be considered faulty.

FULL PRICED ITEMS 

Full-priced items are eligible for store credit or exchange under the above conditions.
