SHIPPING COSTS

Australia:

• Standard Shipping: $10 AUD (4-7 business days)

• Express Shipping: $15 AUD (2-3 business days)

• FREE Express Shipping on orders over $250 AUD

International (DHL Express): 3-5 business days*

• New Zealand: $25 AUD

• Asia-Pacific: $35 AUD

• North America: $35 AUD

• Europe: $35 AUD

• Rest of World: $50 AUD

PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be picked and packed.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday from our Sydney warehouse. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase is complete.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking details.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES

For orders shipped outside Australia:

• Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

• Payment may be required prior to delivery.• tüsea is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.

• We are unable to refund or replace orders held or rejected by customs.

Please check your local import regulations before placing your order.

CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Our warehouse begins processing immediately to ensure fast dispatch. Please double-check your items, sizes, quantities, and shipping address before confirming your purchase.

If you notice an error in your shipping address immediately after ordering, contact hello@tuseaworld.com within 1 hour. We cannot guarantee changes but will attempt to update the address if your order has not yet been dispatched.


Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be reshipped free of charge. A new shipping fee will apply.


If you no longer want your order once it has been delivered, you may submit a return request in accordance with our Returns Policy.

LOST OR STOLEN PARCELS

tüsea is not liable for lost or stolen parcels once marked as delivered.

If your parcel is delayed or missing:

1. Contact the courier directly (DHL or your local carrier).

2. Provide your tracking number for investigation.

Allow up to 14 business days for investigation before lodging a lost parcel claim.

If DHL provides official confirmation that your parcel has been lost or stolen, please forward the documentation to us and we will arrange a replacement.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We do not ship to:

• PO Boxes

• Parcel lockers
